The tools we use to automate our business…

• Schedule Once – System to allow people to set appointments with you, without the back and forth on email! (see this in action by clicking on the banner at the bottom of our Marketing for Coaches article)
• Zapier – Set up rules to automate parts of your business. For example “send email to X every time a file is uploaded to the Y Dropbox folder””. Integrates with a lot of different programs.
• Hootsuite – Schedule social media posts as well as view your mentions and interactions on the dashboard.
• Buffer – Also a social media scheduling tool. This one allows you to automatically set up optimum posting times for each platform.
• Process St – Create checklists for your regular processes.
• Trello – We use this for team to-dos and organising our content calendar.
• Basecamp – Project management tool where we keep files for each client and messages for each project.
