Q: Can I cancel at any time?
A: Of course. All you need to do is click on “Help” and submit a ticket to put in your request.

Q: What if I have more questions about a specific tutorial? What is the best way to get them answered?
A: You have 2 choices:
1) Leave your question in the comments field below the video
2) Leave it in our Private Facebook Group. Remember, if you have the question others probably do too so don’t be shy. Ask it.

Q: There is something I want to learn that is not in here yet.  Can I request you make a tutorial for it?
A: Yes, please go to “Help” and create a ticket with your suggestion.  We will respond from there.

Q: Are the Live Q & A Session recorded?
A: Yes they are.  If you have a question, and know you can’t attend, then ask it anyway in our Facebook Group or by submitting a Help Ticket.  We can still answer it even if you can’t attend live.
